My Approach:

  • I use cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, & exposure & response prevention to assist you in moving through symptoms of anxiety, OCD, & health anxiety so you can gain confidence within yourself to approach anxiety producing thoughts and circumstances instead of leaning into avoidant behaviors or compulsions.

  • For children, I use a Play Therapy approach and meet regularly with parents to ensure that the child and family’s needs are met in a safe a connected manner.

  • Increased engagement in activities previously avoided

  • Acceptance of anxiety and compassion for yourself

  • Decreased overall anxiety

  • The ability to hold space for intrusive thoughts while not having to constantly engage in compulsions

My Approach:

  • In my practice I use Cognitive Processing Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy, & my training in Complicated Grief, to support you and your healing journey.

  • For children, I also use play therapy techniques, such as Sand Tray Therapy to understand and unlocks a child’s emotions for greater healing. In session I offer a warm and child-centered approach. Children will feel safe, comfortable, and will feel like they are entering into a fun play environment all catered towards healing!
